Outside of the church, Pastor Tom's interests include reading diverse histories and biographies, fitness and nutrition, cooking, and restoring his childhood home. He was previously the chairperson of Greater New Jersey’s Board of Ordained Ministry.

Pastor Tom is a proponent of inclusivity and social justice, has a history of establishing relationships with other churches in the community, enjoys mission work, and has experience and a deep interest in getting youth involved in the church.

Meet Pastor Jovi

We were thrilled to welcome Pastor Jovi Hatungimana in July 2025 as our Mosaic Minister for youth programs, and has quickly become an important part of the church, leading a monthly young adult discussion group, organizing service opportunities, and giving sermons.

Pastor Jovi holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Africa University in Zimbabwe (August 2017- July 2021). She is currently a student doing her Master of Divinity at Drew University in Madison. She thrives in diverse community settings and is highly adaptive, enjoying learning through relationships, experiences, and interactions with new people. Personal interests include listening to Gospel music, nature walks, and storytelling.
